AXCEND clients value our transparency and predictable results. From the outset, you know the scope of the engagement, what will count as a result, and what we will do if we fall short. An approved target account list defines the scope of our work. We build it around your product, market, and the demand signals we identify. The share of companies interested in continuing discussions with your team is specified in the contract. If the result falls below the agreed target, we repeat the project at our own expense.

We complete more than half of the work before the first call.
The project begins once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid. Before the first call, we complete the preparation that underpins everything that follows.
First, we determine where and under what circumstances the product may be in demand. We analyze the current offer, market demand, competitors, and the alternatives available to prospective buyers. We then define the target account profile, taking into account industry, company size, and the business situations in which a need for the product arises.
Stage outcomeA product and market brief covering the competitive landscape, plus the account profile used to build the target list and prepare the sales conversations.
Based on the analysis, we build a project-specific list of target accounts. Market intelligence and digital behavior analytics help us track buying signals, interest in specific solutions, and other indicators of demand. Each company is included not only because it fits the industry profile, but also because the offer may be relevant to its current business context. Before outreach begins, the client reviews and approves the full list, while our internal consulting team thoroughly prepares our sales team for conversations about the product.
Stage outcomeAn approved target account list built around the agreed criteria and demand signals, plus a team fully prepared for the sales conversations.
The goal at this stage is to establish direct contact with the business owner or the executive responsible for the relevant area. By the time outreach begins, the AXCEND sales professional already understands the account’s business context and why the offer may be relevant. The conversation therefore begins with the company’s actual business situation, not with a generic product presentation.
Stage outcomeDirect contact is established with the owner or relevant executive, and the offer is presented in the context of the company’s business needs.
The conversations are led by an AXCEND sales professional who understands the client’s product and can discuss it credibly with a business owner or executive. The conversation follows a carefully designed structure without becoming a memorized script. The process can include as many agreed follow-up conversations as the situation requires. While interest in the offer remains, the sales professional continues the discussion so the prospect can understand the product in depth, assess how it applies to their business, and decide whether to continue the commercial discussion with the client.
Stage outcomeThe prospect understands the offer, has expressed clear interest, and is ready to discuss the details and commercial terms directly with the client.
We do not wait until the project is complete or the next reporting date to hand off interested companies. As soon as a company representative confirms readiness to discuss commercial terms, we connect the prospect with the client that same day or the following day. Along with the contact details, the client receives the full context of the conversations and can continue the discussion knowing exactly what has already been covered.
Stage outcomeThe qualified prospect understands the offer and is handed off when they are ready to discuss the details and commercial terms directly with the client.

I hesitated for a long time before outsourcing sales. They set up our B2B cold calling so effectively that conversion to on-site measurements nearly doubled in the first month.
I was looking for a standard call center, but they rebuilt our entire funnel, got to the heart of our value proposition, put together a sales proposal, and built a landing page. The customer journey is now clearly structured: they call, the prospect finds us in search results, understands the offer, and buys.
They helped us with sales across Kazakhstan and the CIS, as well as rebranding and tailoring our offer to specific markets. We still work with AXCEND’s consulting and call center teams today.

AXCEND handles the sales process from project preparation through the point where a qualified prospect is handed off to the client for further discussion. First, we study the product and market, then build the target account list and obtain the client’s approval. Our sales professionals then reach business owners and the executives responsible for the relevant area, present the offer, and continue the sales conversations until the prospect understands the product and confirms readiness to discuss commercial terms with the client. The final stage of the deal remains with the client, because only the client can approve final pricing, tailored terms, and obligations under the resulting contract.
Project preparation usually takes several days. Once the contract is signed and payment is received, we prepare the product and market brief, analyze the current offer, and build the target account list, while our internal consulting team prepares the sales professionals for the conversations. As soon as the client approves the list, the team begins daily outreach to the companies on it. We typically hand over the first interested companies within the first few weeks after launch.
From the outset, the client understands the scope of the engagement and knows exactly what will count as a result. Before the sales conversations begin, the client receives and approves the complete target account list, while the definition of a successful result and AXCEND’s obligations are set out in the contract. Every interested company is handed over immediately together with the context of the conversations, so progress is measured against the agreed scope and actual results—not the number of calls made.
For every project, we build a separate target account list using criteria defined after analyzing the product and market. Professional tools help us track buying signals, interest in specific solutions, and other direct or indirect indicators of demand, which our analysts use to identify companies with a likely need for the product. We do not buy off-the-shelf cold lists. The client reviews and approves the complete list before any sales conversations begin.
Sales conversations are led by in-house AXCEND sales professionals with an average of seven years’ experience in sales. Before the project begins, our internal consulting team briefs them thoroughly on the client’s business, product, market, and the offer’s position among the alternatives available to prospective buyers. This preparation enables each sales professional to discuss the product in the context of the specific prospect’s business rather than relying on a generic presentation or memorized script.
AXCEND conducts sales conversations in 11+ languages and works across Europe, Turkey, the Middle East and North Africa, Central and East Asia, North America, and Australia. Within the CIS, we cover Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. Our working languages include Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, English, Arabic, and German. For each market, we assign a native speaker who understands the local business culture and can conduct the conversation in a way that feels natural to the prospect.
We do not cap the number of calls. Our work with a prospect is not limited to a single conversation and can include as many follow-ups as the situation requires. If the prospect needs time, we schedule the next call for a convenient date. While interest in the offer remains, the sales professional follows up so the company representative can understand the product and decide whether to continue the commercial conversation with the client. There is no extra charge for follow-up calls.
The result is the contractually agreed share of companies on the approved target account list whose representatives have understood the offer, confirmed their interest, and are ready to discuss the details and commercial terms with the client. Calls made, contacts reached, and conversations held do not in themselves count as the contractual result.
We hand off each qualified prospect as soon as the company representative confirms readiness to continue the discussion with the client. This usually happens that same day and no later than the following day. Along with the contact details, the client receives the full context of the conversations and can continue the discussion while the prospect remains interested.
The guarantee applies to the result defined in the contract. If the outcome falls below the agreed target, AXCEND repeats the project at its own expense and continues working until that target is achieved. The contract defines both the target and how we will fulfill our obligations. If our preliminary analysis shows that we cannot accept that responsibility, we do not launch the project.
The total project fee depends on the market, the size of the target account list, and the languages used in the sales conversations. We do not charge per call, so follow-up conversations with an interested company do not cost extra. We provide an exact estimate after a free initial discussion, once we have reviewed the product and defined the scope of the engagement.
Every project is governed by a contract that defines the scope of work, what counts as a successful result, each party’s responsibilities, and the steps to be taken if the agreed target is not achieved. On request, we sign an NDA before any confidential business information is shared.
